General Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of any service on the jwi7 platform. jwi7 is an online casino and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Registering on the platform, using an account, or playing any game means you have read these Terms in full and accepted them unconditionally.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must use your own personal account — managing an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.

Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all games, sports betting, casino services, bonus offers, payment transactions, and customer support on jwi7. Specific promotions may carry separate terms, but those are supplementary to these main Terms — never in conflict with them.

Registration Requirements

To open an account on jwi7, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. Each person may open only one account; if multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

Password & Account Security

• Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the jwi7 support team immediately.
• You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Account Suspension or Closure

jwi7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account with reasonable cause at any time. This includes suspected fraud or deception, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms. Users may also request account closure at any time.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jwi7 is ৳100 (for all payment methods). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits must be made only from personally owned payment methods — deposits from another person's account or via third parties are prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Standard processing time is 5–30 minutes.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Payment Restrictions

Using the jwi7 platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. If fraud is suspected in any transaction, jwi7 may hold that transaction pending investigation and suspend the associated account.

Welcome Bonus

New members on jwi7 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳8,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed to receive the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus Restrictions

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts or third-party information will result in cancellation.
• jwi7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Additional restrictions on bonus use may apply to certain games or markets.

Fair Play Policy

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on jwi7:

jwi7's VIP program has four tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Tier Changes & Cashback

VIP tier is determined based on playing activity and platform engagement. Cashback is calculated weekly and added to the account subject to specific conditions being met. jwi7 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

Copyright

All content on the jwi7 platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of jwi7 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any of this content without our prior written permission is prohibited.

User Restrictions

• Reverse engineering any part of the platform is prohibited.
• Using the jwi7 name or logo for personal or commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Creating any third-party software interface that connects to the platform is prohibited.

Termination of Agreement

Both jwi7 and the user may terminate this agreement. Users may request account closure at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive account closure — such as limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and intellectual property clauses — will remain in effect.

Language & Interpretation

The original language of these Terms is Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative. If any part of these Terms is found to be inapplicable or invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
